IACMSA is going to start 2026 with THREE days of shooting at Kirkwood Equestrian Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. These three combined shoots will be a buckle series. You must attend both Saturday and Sunday and all three main matches to qualify for the buckles.
There will be a total of 15 buckles, NO senior splits, up for grabs:

****DEMO RUNS****
IACMSA will be offering demo runs starting at 3:00 PM on Friday, March 27th. 15 dollars per run. No need to pre-register for a DEMO. Just come to the arena gate between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. A record will be kept at the gate of all runs. Once DEMOS are complete, we ask that you settle up with the office.
DEMO runs after stages will be dependent on number of entries and will be announced on the IACMSA Facebook page leading up to the weekend.
****BUCKLE SERIES****
We will be kicking off the buckle series on Friday, March 27th starting at 5:30 pm with two stages of cavalry followed by two stages of shotgun and two stages of rifle.

Main match will start on Saturday at 8:00 AM. Shooters meeting will be held at 7:45 AM, and the office will close at 7:00 AM. If you are not signed up before the office closes, there will be an additional $20 office fee. Wrangler ground shooting will take place immediately after shooters meeting. Wranglers will shoot all 15 rounds for the weekend Saturday morning.
Cowboy Church will take place at 7:30 AM on Sunday.
Main match will start on Sunday at 9:00 AM. The office will close at 8:00 AM. If you are not signed up before the office closes, there will be an additional $20 office fee.
There is a bathroom facility with showers on site. Stalls are $70 for the weekend and include 2 bags of shavings (NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED.) Tack stalls are also $70. Additional bags of shavings may be purchased for $8.

RV electric spots are $25/night. First come first serve. You DO NOT have to reserve a spot. Dry camping is available for no charge anywhere on the grounds.

Order of events -
Move in any time after 8:00 AM on Friday, March 27th. Arena opens at noon.

Friday, March 27th
Time Only Runs : 3:00 - 5:00 PM
2 stages of Cavalry to start at 5:30 PM followed by
2 stages of Shotgun and
2 stages of Rifle

Saturday, March 28th
Office closes at 7:00 am
Shooters meeting - 7:45 am
Wrangler ground shooting after shooters meeting
First shot of the First Match - 2 pistol stages - will start immediately after wrangler ground shooting
Second match - 2 pistol stages - will start immediately after first match concludes. Awards for first and second match will be 20 minutes after last shot of match two.

Sunday, March 29th
Cowboy Church - 7:30 am
Third Match - 2 stages of pistol - to start at 9:00 am. Awards will be 20 minutes after last shot of match three.
