Description

Come join us in beautiful Lynden (no it's not in Canada we promise!) at a first class heated, indoor facility with amazing footing for a 6 stage shoot March 8-10. Added Money is still coming in. This event will be the first of three WWMS hosted shoots in our buckle series sponsored by Jansen Inc.

Schedule:
Friday
Registration in office off main arena from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
7 pm - 3 stage eliminator, $50 entry with 50% payback. Gender and limited(1,2,3)/open(4,5,6) split. Top 10 or 50% of each division after 2 runs come back for final run immediately following on Friday night.

Saturday
Registration in office off main arena from 7:00 to 8:00 am.
10 am - 4 stages of main match
Main Match Entry Fee $160
Immediately followed by 2 stage Shotgun
Shotgun $50 entry with 50% payback, gender and limited(1,2,3)/open(4,5,6) split.

Sunday
8 am - Cowboy Church
9 am - Final 2 stages of main match
Immediately followed by 2 stage Rifle
Rifle $50 entry with 50% payback, no splits

AQHA $100 entry. 70% payback. $500 added money and class prizes sponsored by Ranchers Realty. Competitors must bring their AQHA membership card and registration papers to provide at check in.

Wranglers $30 (wrangler entry fee waived if parent enters main match)
Clean shooter $10
Awards 30 mins after last shot

Stalls (no self penning) $36/wkend (includes one bag of shavings). Additional shavings available for purchase or bring own. Tack rooms are available for same price. Must clean out stall before you leave or pay $15 fee to have it cleaned. Cleaning deposit of $15 will be collected at time of registration, refunded once stall is cleaned.

Camping/RV - $40/wkend

MOVE IN DATE - FRIDAY, MARCH 8th, MOVE OUT DATE - SUNDAY, MARCH 10th unless other arrangements have been made prior (contact Angie Harkness 360-961-6144). If you do not arrive until Saturday, please contact Angie for reduced stall/camping rates.

All contestants must enter at Gate 7 or 8 off Kok Road (turn right at the intersection of Guide Meridian/Kok Rd @ Dairy Queen & Walgreens) to unload horses. May camp in this area (limited hook ups) and horses may be taken out to trailers for tacking if your trailer is parked in this area only. Additional hook ups and RV parking off Front Street main gate but horses are NOT allowed in this area (no exceptions) and must be unloaded at Gate 7/8. Same walking distance from trailers to barn regardless of which lot you camp in.

WWMS will be hosting a NW Regional club meeting Saturday evening @ 6pm for all NW Regional club board members and/or a representative.
