Description

This is a benefit shoot for one of our shooting families. The bay is Eli Harpham, who has had some medical issues. We want to help his parents with some of the mounting medical bills. If you cannot make it and would like to make a donation, please send it to Missouri Rawhide Mounted Shooters C/O Eli 389 NW 145th Road Warrensburg, Missouri 64093

We will start the day with a new shooters clinic at 10:00 am

The match will start at 1:00 pm with the shooters meeting at 12:30 pm

We will shoot four stages in the main match. We will offer a single stage of shotgun and rifle if anyone is interested at the shoot. Both will be $30.00 each with $5.00 going to the club and the pot going to the winner.

The main match will be $75.00 with no office fee. 50% payback

We will have a series of quick draw and drag races for those that want to enter $5.00 entry with $75.00 added for each of these events.

Wranglers are $15.00

We will be selling raffle tickets. The raffle will cover numerous awesome items. Custom bronc halter, custom branding iron, 2 matching sets of bridle and breast collars along with other items. The tickets will be 10.00 each and you can buy more to try and get yours drawn..

We will have a desert auction, that will include pies and other sweets.

All entries will include a free admittance to the mud run held at the fairgrounds that evening, courtesy of James Ridge Motorsports.

The raffle items and the auction will be held after the shoot in the cattle barn, during our potluck dinner, before the mud run. So please bring an item for the auction.

We will have this event even if it rains us out of the match, all the other events will take place in the barn and the mud run will still be a go. Please plan on attending. We would love to have you, but if your already planning on shooting elsewhere, we totally understand. Like I said if you would still like to donate, anything is a big help for this family.

If you would like to stay the night, please bring your portable corrals and generators. We can create some stalls if needed with panels. I will not have the stalls already set up, but we can get some out if you have no other choice and want to stay.
