EquiFest of Kansas is an annual event held at the Kansas Pavilions in Wichita. EquiFest of Kansas is a three-day exposition for horse owners and horse lovers that offers world-class clinicians, breed showcases, stallion reviews, special demonstrations, lectures and an equine products trade show.
A multitude of horse breeds demonstrate their versatility and strengths, providing a colorful, action-filled array of horses in many sizes, shapes and colors. Commercial equine shopping offers tack, horse trailers, feed, clothing, equipment, gifts and more.

Registration for the CMSA Shoot at EquiFest of Kansas MUST be confirmed and
a final headcount of participants is to be submitted by KSCMSA to the office
of EquiFest of Kansas by January 20, 2012, therefore, you MUST pre-register
on the CMSA website by Jan 19, 2012!
Entries cannot be submitted after January 20, 2012.
Each rider will be able to purchase up to 3 additional weekend passes for
friends or family members for $20 each only until Jan 19, 2012. You MUST
give a confirmed count of needed passes to Shannon Rowl at kscmsa@cox.net by
Jan 19, 2012, no exceptions. All passes after Jan 19, 2012 will be charged
the full price of admission.
Stalls - $65 (each stall includes 1 weekend pass valued at $40). KSCMSA will
have 3 tack stalls for our shooters to use during the event.
You can bring your own shavings or purchase bags at EquiFest for $7 a bag.
Stalls will be available beginning at 8:00AM on Thursday, February 9, 2012.
Check in with the stall office upon arrival to get your stall assignment.
Proof of negative coggins and health papers are required for all horses.
These papers will be checked upon arrival at the facility so be prepared to
present them to the veterinarian. All horses are to arrive no later than
8:00AM on Friday and must stay on the event grounds till 6:00PM Sunday. All
shooters traveling 2 hrs or more to EquiFest will be able to leave at 3:00PM
on Sunday.
Exhibitors without the proper passes will have to pay full price at the
admission doors.
NO PETS are permitted at EquiFest of Kansas.
RV spaces are available through the Kansas Pavilions for $20/night; you will
need to call the direct. SPOTS ARE VERY LIMITED!!! If you are planning to
attend this shoot and will need hookups, you need to call the Kansas
Pavilions ASAP at 316-660-1000 so you can reserve your space. Once you make
reservations over the phone, Kansas Pavilions requires you to mail your
payment within 10 business days. Spaces fill up very quickly!
We will be shooting around 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm each day, with this schedule:
Friday – Stage 1 Pistol
Saturday – Stage 2 Pistol followed by Stage 1 Rifle
Sunday – Stage 3 Pistol followed by Stage 2 Rifle
(We will do our award/payouts at our stall area following
our last stage on Sunday)
Remember! We are limited to only 35 riders so that we do not run over the
time allotted us each day.
