Second of TWO separate shoots, shoot FOUR stages EACH day!



Date:  Sunday,  May 8th, 2011



Event Time:  Saturday registration starts at 7:00 am. Payment is required at

time of registration.  Safety meeting: 7:45 am.  Shoot time:  8:00 am.

Sunday Safety meeting:  10:45 am.  Shoot time:  11:00 am.

Where:  Prairie Rose Chuckwagon Supperclub, 15231 SW Parallel St, Benton,

Kansas.

Entry Fees:  $75 for adult riders, $10 for Wranglers (Each day is its own

shoot. Entry fees to be paid each day of shooting).  45% straight circuit

payback each shoot.  Jackpot $20 a stage for Class 1-3 having stage 1-3 for

their jackpot and Class 4-6 will have stage 4-6 for their jackpot. Pays one

place 1-4 entries, two places 5-8, three places 9-12, four places 13+



Riders entry fee will include 2 wristbands for gate admission for both days

of the festival.  The gates will open at 7am Saturday for check-in and

wristband pick up.  The gate cost each day is $10 for 13 & older and $5 for

children 5-12 years old. Please be sure to wear the wristbands for the two

days to ensure your entrance into the festival.  Gate charges will apply to

anyone without a wristband.

RV sites with electrical hook up are $30 per night.  Camp sites without

electric are $15 per night. This includes sleeping in tents, RV’s, your

truck or horse trailer. Small pens made of panels are acceptable for horses.

These reservations must be made in advance by calling the Prairie Rose

office at 316-778-2121.  We will hold your site with a credit card with no

cancellations after April 26.  Your card will be run at that time.

Michael Martin Murphey will be our special guest at the chuckwagon suppers

both Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7.  The all you can eat smoked brisket

dinner begins at 6:30 pm followed by the Prairie Rose Rangers opening the

show for Murphey.  Michael, our most requested guest performer, has

entertained to a full house at the Prairie Rose five times and expects no

less in attendance for this year’s festival.  Tickets are $40 (plus tax)

with no cancellations.  Reservations must be made in advance by calling the

Prairie Rose office at 316-778-2121.
