In the past if you pre-entered and were forced to withdraw after the deadline you forfeited all of you entry fees. NOW you may both ENTER and WITHDRAW and pay only a $50 fee. Late entries or cancellations will be accepted from March 3rd - 9th. No changes will be made after the office closes on check-in day March 9th.
