VIRGINIA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.

Registration , safety meeting @ 3:30 & match starts @ 4:00 P.M. Sat.NEG. COGGINS A MUST, NO EXCEPTIONS. ***
Dates ; Sept. 25 & 26th, 2010 6 Stages
Location: State Fair of Virginia

Doswell, Va., 23047 From I-95 take exit 98 east on Rt. 30 (do not use address to mapquest exact directions)
Ring: Ring 1 for main event (150 x 300) -- Ring 2 for warm-ups (125 x 300) neither covered for this event
Check -in: Stalls will not be available until Sat. @ 8:00 A.M. Sept. 25th Riders meeting @ 3:30 P.M. Shoot @ 4:00 P.M. ( I am planning on arriving early, My contact numbers to reach me are as follows: cell, 540-587-4390, stalls may be available early, but I won't know until Thursday evening or early Friday)
Sat., we will run 3 stages plus 2 rifle classes
Sun., we will run 2 cavalry classes, plus remaining 3 stages---- If enough interest will hold money stage after main event
(Cowboy church 8:00 A.M.) Start Cavalry @ 9:00 A.M.
Costs: Main Event $125.00, Rifle $40.00, Cavalry $40.00, Wranglers $25.00
Stalls: $20.00 per day, Shavings handled by Fair @ 8.00 per bag. ( bring you own if you choose)
RV: $30.00 per night, handled by Fair staff---first come basis
Each entry will receive free tickets to the fair......information packet, and tickets will be sent to all paid, pre-register entries .
