Prairie Rose Chuckwagon supper club – Benton, Kansas
Prairie Rose Chuckwagon supper club has invited us to shoot in their arena. Period clothing is greatly appreciated and strongly encouraged for this event but regular CMSA dress code is acceptable.
NEGATIVE COGGINS IS REQUIRED. You will need negative coggins papers within last year.
This will be TWO separate five stage double WPQ CMSA shoots over two days.
Date: Saturday and Sunday, August 29 and 30, 2009
Event time: Saturday Safety Meeting: 1245 a.m. Shoot Time: 1:00 p.m. and Sunday
we will start at 10:30 am.
Where: 15231 SW Parallel St, Benton, KS 67017 316-778-2121 Go North on Butler road from 254, 2 miles to Parallel road. Turn on Parallel road where at the big sign that says “Turn Here for Prairie Rose Chuckwagon” Go 1 mile East and you are there. The arena is on the West end of the grounds. Entry Fees:
$50.00 for club members * $10.00 entry fee for “Wranglers”
$60.00 for non club members
Registration on day of event will cost an extra $5 and will be enforced this time. Preregister and save.
Facilities: * This is an outdoor Arena. * There is space available on the grounds for horses to be picketed or tied during the event. * Water is available. *Dogs must be kept on leash in overnight camping area * $20 an night electrical hook ups for overnight campers, no water hook ups, no shower * Bring your own portable panels or hotwire, otherwise there are no stalls on the grounds * There are several in the area willing to board horses contact me if you don’t have panels for overnight stay.

For an all-you-can-eat, BBQ dinner. Afterwards kick back and enjoy a western stage show featuring cowboy music and humor by our own Prairie Rose Rangers. They have to know how much food to cook. It is all you can eat and they already know to treat me as if I were two people. Seating is limited so make your reservations soon.
