ENTRIES CLOSE AT Midnight Wednesday before shoot
3 stages with $500 added to main match classes and $250 added to Shoot Pony.
If there are more than 90 entries when the shoot closes there will be no tack stalls.
We will post tack stall availability Thursday before shoot on Facebook

ENTRIES
We are asking EVERYONE TO COMPLETELY ENTER the shoot on CMSA (including stalls, camping, expo, jackpots and Friday practice)
We offer PHONE SUPPORT (club # 740-206-7214);
Wednesday evening UNTIL 8:30pm EST to help people enter on CMSA
and Thursday UNTIL 7:00pm EST to make entry changes or adjustments.
If you are entered on CMSA we assume that you are shooting with us as you entered on CMSA.
If you need to cancel or make changes after the close of CMSA entries

ALL ENTRIES, changes, and payments to include; main match, stalls, camping, expo, long guns and Shoot Pony will close at 7:00 a.m. the day of the shoot.
PAYMENTS
We have discontinued the online store. We process invoices based on your CMSA entry on Thursday morning. The invoices will be sent from Intuit via text and email. Please contact us if you need to make changes after you received your invoice. 740-260-7214
You can pay electronically via the link provide with the invoice or pay via cash or check during office hours.
CHANGES
At the shoot we only except changes during office hours. There will be a $5 charge for entries or entry changes made at the shoot, including long guns, and Shoot Pony
Friday practice and expo changes explained below.
Friday Evening Practice:
$15.00 per go when entered on CMSA.
When registered on CMSA you will be on the 1st round go order
(If you are not there for your 1st round go, we will move you to the 2nd round go order)
$20.00 per run if added at the shoot
(entries made at the shoot by 5:30pm will be added to the bottom of the 1st round go order)
(entries after 5:30pm at shoot will be on the 2nd round go order]
1st Shot not before 6:30pm (Same stage twice).
Deadline for Second round go order - end of shoot
Wranglers may run (not shooting) for $5 a run.
Exhibition
$15.00 per Stage if entered on CMSA
$20.00 per run if added at the shoot during office hours
$25.00 per run if added at the shoot outside of office hours
Main Match Stage 2 & 3, not intended for main match horse/rider combo (two minute time limit)
Long Guns 1 stage rifle, 1 stage shotgun; ran with long guns.
Shoot Pony - REPLACES 3D JACKPOTS
$30.00 - 4D Jackpot, main match and AQHA horses
$65.00 - 4D Jackpot for additional horse [$30.00 to Jackpot, $35.00 shoot expenses]
100% payback of Jackpot money
$250 added money to 4D Jackpot
[Shoot Pony 4D is a payout formula in which each stage clean shooter times are split into fourths to create 4 divisions sharing the payout. Competitors enjoy the opportunity to win money on a per stage basis with the idea that each stage is a clean slate.
This would allow jackpots for all stages and split more evenly so more lower levels have a chance of winning.]

Safety meeting at 8:20 a.m.
Arena CLOSES at 8:30 a.m.
First shot at 9:00 a.m.
Main match will be followed by 2 stages rifle, shotgun and long gun expo.
