$12,000 Added Money breakdown - This is in addition to regular payouts
Genesis series (1K for Futurity/1K for Derby) - $2000
Overall/Overall +$600
Overall Cowboy/Cowgirl +$700 each
Overall SR Cowboy/Cowgirl +$700 each
Reserve Cowboy/Cowgirl +$300 each
Reserve Sr Cowboy/Cowgirl +$300 each
Classes (L1, SL1, M1, SM1, etc.) - $4800
Rifle Limited/Open - $200 (non-gender split)
Shotgun Limited/Open - $200 (non-gender split)
Cavalry Limited/Open - $200 (non-gender split)

Our event will take place at the beautiful Meadow Event Park, Doswell, Virginia, Birthplace of Secretariat (13191 Dawn Blvd. Doswell VA 23047 - Enter through GATE 6) It will be held under the First Bank & Trust Covered Arena at the Virginia Farm Bureau and Outside Arena #1. There is also large warm-up arena.

Main Match Payback- Circuit 50% with 30% going to Overalls.
We will be running 2 arenas weather permitting.

VA State Championship is Six Stages - 6X's the points and PERSONALIZED BUCKLES for Overall Mens/Ladies and Overall Sr Mens/Ladies, class winners, open and limited class winners for shotgun, rifle and cavalry.
Personalized buckles will be ordered once results are in and will include your name, horse name OR combo of both depending on character limits.

On Friday, Penley Horsemanship will be hosting a clinic. Clinic geared towards achieving the balance of Guns, Grit, N' Grace in Mounted Shooting. Clinic consists of one day of instruction 10 AM to 3 PM. Cost is $250, ammo included. Limited to 12 participants. Auditors welcome! Audit fee is $20.

Schedule of Events
Friday-
10:00am - 3:00pm - Penley Horsemanship Clinic
2:00pm - 4:00pm- Registration open
5:00pm- Warm Up Shoot 1st shot - 2 Stages (limited to 75 riders)

Saturday-
7am to 8am- Registration open
6:00am to 8:30am- Main Arena open
8:30am- Main Arena will close
9am- Main Match Stages 1 - 4 followed by Rifle and Shotgun.
Futurity and Derby horses will run at the end of each stage.

7:00pm Saturday night we will have a Lasagna Dinner, sponsored by Paul Henry's Windows for all riders and their families.
After dinner we will host a Corn Hole tournament for adults and a Water Balloon activity for the kids.


Sunday-
6:00-8:30- Arena Open for warms ups
8:00am- Cowboy Church under covered arena (Arena will be closed during Cowboy Church)
9:00am- Cavalry followed by Stages 5 & 6 Main Match

Shooters who live 6 hours or more from facility may request to roll in early on stage 6.

Fees:
Office Fee- $40
Warm-up - MM $55, Wrangler - $35 Clean Shooter - $10
State Championship- MM $180, Wrangler- $50
Shotgun/Rifle/Cavalry- $75 -
Genesis futurity and Derby Entry - $150
Clean Shooter- $20 - 100% payback -
Stall- $80 (weekend) $40 extra night per horse- 2 bags of shavings will be provided with each stall -- Extra Shavings $9 per bag
RV- $80 (weekend check in Fri- check out Sun) $40 extra night (First come, first serve)

Dry camping or empty trailer parking is available and will be set up in the large gravel lot on your right as you pull into the facility (there will be a white bathhouse on the left as you pull through the gate, the gravel lot is on the right)
All dogs MUST always be on a leash. This is strongly enforced by Meadow Event Park. Dogs must have current rabies vaccine.
