Description

This shoot will be held under the First Bank & Trust Covered Arena at the Virginia Farm Bureau- Meadow Event Park. Birthplace of the Secretariat! Please Enter through Gate 6.
Main Match Payback- Circuit 50% with 30% going to Overalls.

Schedule of Events
Friday- 3/21 - Note: this is a 2 stage Shoot
3pm to 5pm- Registration
5:45pm- Safety Meeting
6pm- Warm Up Main Match- 2 Stages

Saturday- 3/22 (4 stages if 50 or less, 3 stages if 50 or more riders)
7am to 8am- Registration
7:30am to 8:30am- Main Arena open
8:30am- Main Arena will close
8:45am- Safety Meeting
9am- We will begin with Cavalry followed by our 3 or 4 stage Main Match., Rifle and Shotgun will follow Main Match

Sunday-3/23 Charlie Otto Memorial Shoot (3 stages)
7:30am-8am- Registration
7:30-8:30- Arena Open for warms ups
8am- Cowboy Church
8:30- Main arena will close
9am- Main Match 1st shot

Fees:
Ground Fee- $40
Friday- MM $55
Saturday- MM $75 (4 stages) or $65 (3 stages)
Sunday- MM $65
Wrangler- $30
Shotgun/Rifle/Calvary- $50
Clean Shooter- $10- 100% payback
Demo's- $60 for 4 stages, $50 for 3 stages or $20 per stage **If you need to Demo after a stage, you must go to the office and notify scorekeeping and payment must be paid before the next stage.

Stall- $80 (weekend) $40 extra night per horse- 2 bags of shavings will be provided with each stall -- Extra Shavings $9 per bag
RV- $75 (weekend check in Fri- check out Sun) $35 extra night (First come, first serve)

***Stalls- if you would like to reserve certain stalls, you can contact Becky Monger at 540-435-7766 to reserve. Otherwise, she will assign you a stall upon arrival
