This event will be a little different than years past. IACMSA is going to start the year with THREE days of shooting at Kirkwood Equestrian Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. These 3 combined shoots are going to be a buckle series. You must attend both Saturday and Sunday and all three main matches to qualify for the buckles. Specific buckle details, sponsored by Travis Auto & Truck, are to come.

We will be kicking off the buckle series on Friday, March 28th starting at 3:00pm. Friday will start with demo runs, two stages of cavalry followed by two stages of shotgun and two stages of rifle.

Main match will start on Saturday at 9:00 am. Shooters meeting will be held at 8:45 am, and the office will close at 7:45 am. If you are not signed up before the office closes, you will pay an additional $20 office fee. There is a bathroom facility with showers on site. Stalls are $64 for the weekend and include 2 bags of shavings (NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED.) Tack stalls are also $64.

RV Electric spots are $25/night. Dry camping with generators is available for no charge anywhere on the grounds.

Order of events -
Move in any time after 8:00am on Friday, March 28th. Open Arena at noon.

Friday, March 28th
Time Only Runs : 3:00 - 5:00 pm
2 stages of Cavalry to start at 5:30 pm followed by
2 stages of Shotgun followed by
2 stages of Rifle

Saturday, March 29th
Office closes at 7:45 am
Shooters meeting - 8:45 am
Wrangler ground shooting after shooters meeting
First shot of the First Match - 2 pistol stages - will start immediately after wrangler ground shooting
Second match - 2 pistol stages - will start after awards and checks from the first match are read.

Sunday, March 30th
Cowboy Church - 7:30 am
Third Match - 2 stages of pistol - to start at 9:00 am
