***Virginia State Fair - $1,000 ADDED Money - Excitement for the entire family***

The 2024 Virginia State Fair is here! Come join us for a weekend of shooting, fun and excitement as we show off for the crowd at the State Fair of Virginia, located at Meadow Event Park in Doswell, Virginia! This is most exciting event of the year, with Jackpot Stages and added MONEY!!!!

NO EXTRA STALLS OR TACK STALLS IF OVER 60 SHOOTERS.

Friday September 27- 2 Stage Warm Up
2:00-4:30pm- Registration
5:30- Safety Meeting
6:00- Main Match, First Shot Fired

NO DEMO'S FRIDAY NIGHT

Saturday September 28- State Fair I- 3 Stages
7-8am- Registration
8:30- Safety Meeting
9am- Main Match, 3 stages, followed by Rifle and Shotgun. Jackpot Stages will be offered (times from stage 1 and 3) for an additional $20. Payout to Division A, AA, AAA winners

DEMO'S ONLY OFFERED IF UNDER 60 RIDERS

Sunday September 29- State Fair II - 3 Stages - $1,000 added money to classes
7:30-8am- Registration
8am- Cowboy Church
9am- Calvary, followed by Main Match

Friday $55 Entry Fee, $40 Office Fee
Saturday $65 Entry Fee, $40 Office Fee, Jackpot $20
Sunday $65 Entry Fee, $40 Office Fee
Wrangler- $30
Clean Shooter $10
Rifle, SG and Calvary- $50
Demo's (ONLY OFFERED IF UNDER 60 RIDERS)- $100 for 6 Stages or $18 per stage. Must be signed up and paid for, prior to event starting each day.
Stalls $80 (includes 2 bags of shavings)
Haul In Fee- $10 per day, per horse.

Stalls for the weekend, move in Friday, checkout Sunday. $40 for extra night (Thursday night ONLY). 1st Virginia must be off the grounds by 6pm Sunday.

Dry camping is only being offered and will be set up in the large gravel lot on your right as you pull into the facility (there will be a white bathhouse on the left as you pull through the gate, the gravel lot is on the right)

We are limited to 50 entries Friday Night and 80 entries for the Saturday and Sunday. Each entry will include 1 parking pass and 2, 3-day admission passes to the fair.

You MUST provide a copy of current Coggins before competing. You can email that to the club prior to Friday September 27th or bring a copy and provide at registration. If you are traveling from out of the state of Virginia, you must also provide Heath Certificates, these can also be emailed prior to September 27th. Email to cmsa1stvirginia@gmail.com.
