Description
It's getting HOT in Virginia! You are all invited to our Sizzling Summer and Bring on the Heat Weekend!
Our event will take place at the beautiful Meadow Event Park, Doswell, Virginia, Home of Secretariat (13191 Dawn Blvd. Doswell VA 23047)
We will be shooting under the covered Arena and will have a large warm-up arena open at all times.
50% payback for the weekend.
Registration
Friday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00am
Sunday 7:30am to 8:00am
Saturday- 8:30am safety meeting, then we will start our Main Match, 3 Stages, followed by Rifle and Shotgun.
Saturday night, 1st Virginia will host a Bourbon/Wine Tasting, Taco Bar dinner for all riders and their families and a Cornhole Tournament. Please come join us following Saturday's last stage. Time to be announced. Check Facebook for details on all activities.
Sunday- 8:00am Cowboy church will be at 8:00am, on the bleacher under the covered arena.
Sunday- 9am Calvary and Main Match, 3 Stages
RVs are $75 for the weekend. Stalls are $80 for the weekend, $40 for extra night. Move in Friday, checkout Sunday. 2 bags of shavings are included with stalls.
Please contact Becky Monger at 540-435-7766 to reserve a stall and RV site. Dry camping is available and will be set up in the large gravel lot on your right as you pull into the facility (there will be a white bathhouse on the left as you pull through the gate, the gravel lot is on the right)
All dogs MUST be on a leash, per Meadow Event Park.

Demo's will be offered. $20 per stage or 6 for $100. Prepayment is required at registration.
