Please join us for some Runnin' and Gunnin' at our 2024 Virginia State Championship Shoot!!!

Our event will take place at the beautiful Meadow Event Park, Doswell, Virginia, Home of Secretariat (13191 Dawn Blvd. Doswell VA 23047)

We will be shooting in the covered Arena and will have a large warm-up arena open at all times.

3X's the points and PERSONALIZED BUCKLES for all overalls, reserve overalls, class winners, open and limited class winners for shotgun, rifle and cavalry. Buckles will be special ordered and personalized with your name, horse name OR combo of both.

50% payback for the weekend.

Friday from 12pm to 3pm, we will be hosting a Circle S Training Center Speed Clinic for Advanced beginners and up! YOUR HORSE MUST BE GUN BROKE TO ATTEND. Contact Colton at 276-358-2877 for details and to register. $125 fee.

Registration will open on Friday from 2:00-4:00pm and then again Saturday from 7am-8am.

Friday- 2-stage warm-up shoot, beginning at 5pm.

Saturday- 8:30am safety meeting, then we will start our Main Match Stages 1, 2, 3 followed by Rifle and Shotgun.
Saturday night we will have a Lasagna Dinner with Caesar Salad and bread, sponsored by Paul Henry's Windows for all riders and their families. Please come join us at the enclosed arena following Saturday's last stage. Time to be announced.
After dinner we will host a Cornhole Tournament. $10 per person. Partners will be selected out of a hat! It will be Double Elimination.

Cowboy church will be held Sunday morning at 8:00am in the covered arena.
Sunday- Calvary and Stages 4, 5, 6 Main Match, beginning at 9am.

RVs are $75 for the weekend. Early arrival is available for Thursday, if needed, for $35.
Stalls are $80 for the weekend, $40 for extra night. Move in Friday, checkout Sunday. Please contact Becky Monger at 540-435-7766 to reserve a stall and RV site. Dry camping is available and will be set up in the large gravel lot on your right as you pull into the facility (there will be a white bathhouse on the left as you pull through the gate, the gravel lot is on the right) All dogs MUST be on a leash, per Meadow Event Park.

Demo's will be offered Saturday and Sunday. $20 per stage or 5 for $80. Prepayment is required at registration. Demo's will be running stages 1-5. No demo's on stage 6.
