Breast Cancer Benefit Shoot-Out Weekend!!!! Join us as we raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness! Proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.
Many of our CMSA families have been affected in some way by breast cancer. We would like to dedicate this weekend to all who have fought, survived, supported and raise as much money and awareness for the American Cancer Society!
All days will be under the First Bank & Trust Covered Arena at the Virginia Farm Bureau- Meadow Event Park. Birthplace of the Secretariat!
This is a CMSA Shoot-Out with a minimum of $5,000 added Money and 5X's the points. $2,000 will be added to the Main Match Saturday and $3,000 will be added to the Showcase Saturday night. There could be more money added before the shoot beings, so be on the lookout.
Main Match Payback- Circuit 50% with 30% going to Overalls.
Schedule of Events
Friday- Blanks for Boobs
10am to 1pm Clinic- Foundation of Mounted Shooting Clinic, sponsored/presented by Circle S Training Center (Details to follow) then a Jackpot Shoot at 2pm for participants only!
3pm to 5pm- Registration
5:45pm- Safety Meeting
6pm- Blanks for Boobs Main Match- 2 Stages
Saturday- Save the Tata's (4 stages if 50 or less, 3 stages if 50 or more riders)
7am to 8am- Registration
7:30am to 8:30am- Main Arena open for warm ups
8:30am- Main Arena will close
8:45am- Safety Meeting
9am- Save the Tata's- We will begin with Cavalry followed by our 3 stage Main Match, then ending with Rifle and Shotgun.
***Jackpot Futurity*** Open to any 4-year-old futurity horse. $40 entry, 80% payback. Ran with Saturday MM stages.
5pm- We will begin our Breast Cancer Benefit Showcase. We will start with our flag Ceremony followed by the showcase that will include 1-stage shoot-out. We will bring the top 10 riders from each Division (A, AA & AAA) to ride for the minimum, $3,000 added money.
After the Showcase we will have a Hot Dog Social and Live Auction. All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
Sunday- Breast Cancer Awareness Benefit Shootout with $5000 Added- (4 stages if 50 or less, 3 stages if 50 or more riders)
7:30am-8am- Registration
7:30-8:30- Arena Open for warms ups
8am- Cowboy Church
8:30- Main arena will close
9am- Breast Cancer Benefit Shoot Main Match- 4 Stages 50 riders and under. 50+ riders, 3 stages.
There will also be a Silent Auction up all weekend and the winners of those items will be announced Sunday, after awards. Silent Auction will close after Stage 2 on Sunday.
Fees:
Ground Fee- $40
Friday- MM $45 2x's the points
Saturday- MM $75- $2,000 added $$$ 5x's the points
Sunday- MM $65 - $5,000 added $$$ 5x's the points
Wrangler- $30
Shotgun/Rifle/Calvary- $50
Clean Shooter- $10- 100% payback
Futurity Jackpot- $40-80% payback
Demo's- $60 for 4 stages, $50 for 3 stages or $20 per stage **If you need to Demo after a stage, you must go to the office and notify scorekeeping and payment must be paid before the next stage.
Stall- $75 (weekend) $35 extra night- 2 bags of shavings will be provided with each stall
RV- $75 (weekend check in Fri- check out Sun) $35 extra night (First come, first serve)
Clinic- $30 ground only, $100 on horseback. We will provide ammo and balloons.
