2023 Spooktacular Shoot October 28-29, 2021
Two CMSA DWPQ Shoots in one weekend
**Wear your favorite (and safe) costume on Sunday!
All costumes are subject to the range masters discretion.
Location: R&J Arena & Events Center, 16498 US-10, Verndale, MN 56481
This is a climate controlled, indoor arena with connected indoor stalls and warm-up arena. Electric on site.
Friday, October 27th: 7:00-9:00 pm Check-in. All riders must check in and pay Friday evening or Saturday morning.
Saturday, October 28th: 8:00-9:00 am Check-in @ the arena.
No changes in entries after 8:30am.
9:30 am: Mandatory Safety Meeting for all participants followed by mandatory Wrangler Safety Meeting 9:45 am:
10:00 am Wrangler Ground Shooting:
4 Stage Main Match followed by 2 Stage Rifle & Shotgun
Potluck approximately 1 hour after the final class.
Awards for Rifle and Shotgun following the potluck
Sunday, October 29th:
8:30 am Cowboy Church
8:45 am: Wrangler ground shooting
9:00 am: 4 Stage Main Match
Approximately 1 hour after completion of the final stage we will present awards.
Ammo: Curlys & Whitehouse
Entry Fee's: Adult Main Match Entry - $70
Wrangler Main Match Entry - Limited & Open $15.00
Rifle - 2 stage - Limited & Open $40.00
Shotgun - 2 stage - Limited & Open $35.00
Overall 3-D with 1/3 splits (1/4 splits dependent on entries) $20.00 per day
Clean Shooter: $5 per day
Office/Grounds Fee $5.00
Late Entry Fee $15.00
Camping: Electric hook-ups available on site - first come first serve: $75 for the weekend.
Multiple bathrooms on site.
Stalling: Indoor, climate-controlled stalling: $60 for the weekend per horse without shavings. NO outside shavings are allowed. Shavings are available for purchase for $10/bag.
