Description:
A minimum of $12,750 added. The 7th Annual Texhoma Mounted Shooters Lazy E Classic at the Lazy E Arena in Guthrie, OK. ALL MM CLASS WINNERS are guaranteed a minimum payout of your MM entry fee. Bring your extra horses to enter the Clean Shooter 3D and/or TMS Futurity. Call Craig Stodart, Match Director, with your questions.
THIS WILL BE A 5 STAGE MAIN MATCH (4 on Saturday, 1 on Sunday) unless the weather prohibits the use of the covered arena. If weather is not good, only 3 stages on Saturday and 1 on Sunday will be run. Added money remains the same.
ADDED MONEY WILL BE DIVIDED AS FOLLOWS:
Minimum of $7,000 MM classes.
PLUS $500 each to fastest M,L,SM,SL
PLUS $500 Bonus to the OVERALL shooter.
$250added to each to Open Rifle, Open Shotgun, Limited Rifle and Limited Shotgun. Gender split for payback but added money will be split by combined field.
PLUS Montana Silversmith Buckles to the fastest Limited M,L,SM,SL thanks to Moon Mortgage Team, by Stride Bank
$1,000 Added 'D' SIDE POT - Split evenly between the Saturday stages. $65 entry fee for a Main Match or AQHA horse, 85% payback. Extra Horses welcomed. Extra D horses to run at the end of each stage are $100 entry fee with a payback of $55.25.
$1,000 added TEXHOMA MOUNTED SHOOTERS 4yo&5yo Young Horse -$200 entry - 75% payback. Plus $250 to highest placed amateur, Plus a YETI cooler to the highest placed judged horse.
No added money in Calvary, Wranglers, AQHA, or Super Seniors unless a sponsor is found for these classes.
TIME ONLY RUNS are available on Friday, March 4 from 10am to 5pm. $15 live fire, $5 per dry run (no ammo).
All WRANGLERS entry fees are paid thanks to DBI.
SCHEDULE
Friday, March 4 - Time Only runs 10am to 5pm. 6pm Stage 1 TMS Futurity, 2 stages Calvary, 2 stages of rifle and 2 stages of shotgun. Roper's Cantina watch party of the final round of the Semi-Finals of the American.
Saturday, March 5 - 4 (bad weather 3) stages of Main-Clean Shooter Jackpots, followed by Stage 2 Futurity.
Roper's Cantina watch party for the Long Go of the American.
Sunday, March 6 - Stage 3 of the Futurity and Last stage of Main match. No D class on this day. Awards-Finals of the American in Roper's Cantina.
Purchase the $20 catering for light snacks on Friday and Sunday plus the Taco Bar Saturday of The American Watch Parties in the Cantina. Catering reservation must be made in advance with your on-line entry. If we don't have 35 signed up by February 23, the catering will be cancelled.
