If/when the arena becomes crowded we will call directions (clockwise/counterclockwise), with faster to the outside, slower to the inside please.

To HELP EXPEDITE THE LINE and check in please have your PAYMENT READY, and Double Check your Entry (if you have SIGNed UP on CMSA, they send you a confirmation email). To register that day PLEASE know ahead of time what you want to enter, and HAVE YOUR CMSA #, before you get to the office registration table.

CONCESSIONS - are scheduled to be onsite over by the 4H buildings
There will be a laminated sign up at the Office or the Pre-Registration table for Volunteer Help. We really appreciate EVERYONE's help, it takes all of us to Volunteer to put these shoots on, so we can come together to shoot! The more help we have, the faster we can get done and get home :)
Your points for the Summer Buckle Series and Year End Awards will start to Accrue at the date you join the Colorado Regulators Club! Attendance of half of the summer shoots, currently 1 to qualify for a summer series belt buckle.

1 Hour North of Denver, CO and 1 Hours South of Cheyenne, WY
Both Coggins and Health Certificates are required for the event. Health Certificate within 30 days prior to the event, unless otherwise specified by the county vet, Coggins within 1 year prior to the event.
They do have Overnight Hookups, Stalls, Bathrooms, (70) Stalls $ 15/night they do need cleaned out afterwards (or there is an extra $ 20/fee), there will be a spot to dump your manure. (6) electrical hookups $ 25/night 1st come 1st serve. Everyone needs to be out by 8am on Sunday, because the fair kids are bringing horses in on Sunday. Dogs are not allowed in any buildings, but they are allowed on a leash in the parking lots.

Buckles will be listed as class winners only (no names) as it is our goal they can be ordered in time, for the year end awards at Rendezvous September 25th 2021.
