The Florida Peacemakers are excited to present our:
"2nd ANNUAL WARMER WINTER PASTURES NEW YEARS DOUBLE SHOOT-OUT" $11,000 TOTAL ADDED MONEY
Two Shoot-Outs worth 10x total points for weekend and $5000.00 added per Match, plus an additional $300 added to each: Cavalry, Rifle and Shotgun; and, $100 added to the Eliminator! Shooting in two large covered arenas, rain or shine.
Please note move-in begins at 9:00am Thursday December 31, 2020. Stalls and RV spots are awarded on a first come basis (the first person on site from your party, can get your groups stalls and RV spots assigned "for confirmed reservation stalls and RV spots only"). Prior year stall or RV spot locations are not guaranteed to be available (hence the first come notice above)!
IMPORTANT!!! A $100 deposit per shooter is required within 7 days of your online entry to guarantee and secure your reservation. We have setup a PayPal option for your immediate payment to secure your entry. FPCMSA will not be responsible for mailed checks and other delays in receiving your $100 deposit, within the required 7 days. One courtesy email and call will be made after the 7-day period (If your deposit hasn't been received), prior to awarding your stall(s) or RV site to someone on the waiting list!

Due to limited number of stalls (206 underroof total), no stalls can be used for tack or non-shooting horses. Once the 206 covered stalls are reserved, a waiting list will be started, contact Mike Nickerson directly at (call or text) 352-442-3518. There will be only one waiting list established and only Mike has the ability to add names or award stalls from the waiting list. All stalls assigned from the waiting list will be based strictly on a first added, first awarded basis). There are also a limited number of outside pens available and limited dry camping areas where tying to your trailer is allowed. We are also exploring additional covered (under tent) stalls if needed.
FPCMSA encourages you to pre-pay your full match fees via our PayPal option to avoid any long lines at the shoot. All shooters must be registered, and fees received by Friday January 1, 2021. In the event you cancel prior to 14 days before the match date, FPCMSA will refund100% of your deposit via your payment method and your spot will no longer be reserved. If you cancel within 14 days of the match date, there will be a 50% refund of deposits (unless a medical condition or adverse weather condition preventing your attendance is validated). However, if you cancel and have pre-paid your full match fees "excluding deposit", they will be refunded within 10 days of match completion via your payment method.
Thursday night (12/31/2020) we will be hosting a free attendance, BYOB "Thank The Lord that 2020 Is Gone" informal New Year's Eve party with a live band from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
Shooting begins Friday January 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM with Cavalry Grand Entry, 2 stages Cavalry, 2 stages Rifle / Shotgun and 2 stages of Eliminator, Open Wranglers ground shooting (first gun scored for Day 1 and the 2nd gun scored for Day 2) at 6:30 PM, followed by the Eliminator Final Showcase with the top 10 riders from each division (Ladies & Men's Limited and Ladies & Men's Open) at 7:00 PM.
Saturday January 2, 2021 at 8 AM Main Match shooting starting with stage 1 In Arena 1, stage 2, 15 minutes later in arena 2, stage 3 in arena 1 after the completion of stage 1, stage 4 will follow in arena 2. Note: Due to the large number of shooters and related time restraints, there will not be a Saturday night Showcase and the Senior Incentive will be based solely on Main Match stages 1 through 4, with no Showcase final run (please note that the Senior Incentive entry fee has been reduced to $20 and payback increased to 100%, with an email notice being sent to each rider advising of this change).
