Description
The one-day, 5X Points, $5,000 Added Money CMSA Southeast Shootout, hosted by the FPCMSA is being held at the Georgia National Fairgrounds Agricenter, in beautiful Perry, GA just off I-75 Exits 135 or 136, in South Georgia. We will be competing in the huge Reaves Arena indoor climate-controlled (Arena 1), and a second large Covered Horse Arena (Arena 2), with a warm up area located next to our barn (Barn 1).
The Shootout is on Sunday (8/16/2020) at 8:00 AM, with the 4 Stage Main Match, Senior Incentive and Super Senior Jackpots will be based solely on the 4 stages of the Main Match (there with not be a showcase).
Standard move-in starts 8 AM Friday August 14th, there is an early arrival available for stalls & RV's available for Thursday August 13th, for an additional $25 per stall fee (RV spots are booked via the GNFA web site). Move-out day is Monday August 17th, by noon. Due to the RV spots being booked directly by the GNFA, please direct any RV spot grouping requests directly to the GNFA staff at: https://www.gnfa.com/p/rvreservations or 478 988-6557.
FPCMSA encourages you to prepay your entire match fees, to avoid long lines and to promote social distancing at the match. 100% of prepaid related match fees will be refunded if you withdraw for any reason, with advance notice no later than Friday August 14th by 5:00 PM (call Sandy at 352-201-1302 to cancel). (Note) If you choose PayPal payment to a business or link the payment to a credit card or debit card, you and our club will incur charges for your payment. Any additional PayPal club charges will be added to your match fees that you will be responsible to pay.
Stalls will be "U-pick" as you arrive (with a group save option by the first arriving member of your group - each saved stall must have a registered rider's name listed), therefore no need to place multiple rider's stalls on one rider's entry form! As there are 480 stalls in our barn and 22 wash racks, we are recommending spreading out as much as possible, to promote social distancing.

Shooting Schedule:
Shooting begins Sunday, August 16th at 8:00 AM in Arena 1, with Flag Presentation, National Anthem and Prayer, followed by MM Stage 1 (Wranglers 1st), followed 15 minutes later with MM Stage 2 in Arena 2 (Wranglers 1st), MM Stage 3 in Arena 1 shortly after MM Stage 1 finishes (Wranglers 1st), ending with MM Stage 4 in arena 2 (Wrangles 1st). Wranglers ground shooting in Arena 1 following MM Stage 3.
Awards will take place 45 minutes after the last shot is fired on Sunday (to get you on the road as early as possible). If you want to stay over, no problem, checkout is 12 Noon on Monday.
