Description

Please note: Due to us setting our own balloons and the number of shooters we have it is possible that we may drop the shoots to 3 stages plus the shotgun stages due to the possibility of a long day and time constraints. Also, we ask people to not be congregated on the South end of the arena by the loading zone and to spread out around the arena or stay in the warm up arena next to it. People sitting in the stands must maintain a 6' distance, per the fairgrounds.

We will kick off our 8th annual Denny Sonnenfelt Memorial Shoots on June 6th and 7th in Douglas, WY at the Wyoming State Fairgrounds - Silver Arena. This will be two double point's shoots back to back. Buckles will be awarded over the top combined times of both days to the Champion Cowboy and Cowgirl, Reserve Champion Cowboy and Cowgirl, Open Senior Cowboy and Cowgirl and Limited Senior Cowboy and Cowgirl.

Saturday, June 6th the office will open at 7:30 AM in the crow's nest for check-in office closes at 9:00 AM sharp; no changes will be accepted after that time. We will have a shooters meeting, National Anthem and Prayer at 9:50 AM and begin Shooting at 10:00 AM. 2 Stages Shotgun will follow immediately after stage 4 main match. For Sunday, June 7th, check-in will begin at 7:00 AM, office closes at 8:00 AM sharp; no changes will be accepted after that time. Shooters meeting, National Anthem and Prayer at 8:50 AM and begin shooting at 9:00 AM. 2 Stages Shotgun will follow immediately after stage 4 main match. Awards will be in the stands within 20 minutes of the last shot fired both days.

We encourage registering on-line; if you can't get registered on-line please call (Deb Harty - (307)340-0537). If you enter and can't make it, please be courteous and go out on-line and remove yourself from the event. If something comes up the morning of the event, please call or text to let us know you can't make it. We appreciate it and it keeps things running smooth and on time.

Stalls - $20.00/Night/Per Horse (You will need to clean your stall(s) before you leave.)
Time-onlys - $10.00 Run w/Ammo and $5.00/Run without. We encourage payment at the time of check-in.

Jackpots are optional; however you must be entered in the main match to participate:

3D Jackpot - the number of shooters will be divided into 3rds. If we do not have enough for a 3D Jackpot it will become a 2D Jackpot. Fee is $20.00 and is 100% Payback.

Clean Shooter Jackpot - Clean means clean, no penalties of any kind. Fee is $10.00 and is 100% Payback.
