Description

4X the points on a 5 stage match over 2 days with an eliminator class, cavalry, shotgun and rifle classes. Pays 1 place for every 5 entries and a 40% in Main Match classes.

Demos at 3-5 pm FRIDAY followed by Cavalry, Shotgun & Rifle

*There will also be a buckle option for all class winners. If you win your class and would like a custom Regional Championship buckle, you can apply your winnings after the shoot. Or pay outright to have a buckle ordered. You will need to let the Match Director (Nic Hahn) or Secretary (Jacee Ball) know before you leave the shoot so that we can order them all at the same time to ensure that they match. We will let everyone know the cost before you decide to order at awards.

Clean Shooter Jackpot (optional), $10; 100% payback split between all shooters with no penalties.

3D Jackpot (optional), $10/stage, splits will be different each stage to try and include everyone.
Stage 1 - 1 second
Stage 2 - 2 seconds
Stage 3 - 3 seconds
Stage 4 - 1 second
Stage 5 - 2 seconds

Eliminator - $50 entry with a 90% payback.

Qualifier for the eliminator will be thru 3 stages of the main match, and taking back the top 5 in each division, paying top 3 in each division (50%, 30%, 20%).

Main match is 5 stages, entry fee $160.

Shotgun is 2 stages, entry fee $40.

Rifle is 2 stages, entry fee $40.

Office fee $10.

Order of Events

FRIDAY - Aug 21
Office open 1-7pm
Demos 3-5pm
Cavalry at 5:30pm with Shotgun to follow, then Rifle.

SATURDAY - Aug 22
Office will be open from 7-8am. You must be signed up by then or you will be paying a late fee.
NO changes to entries after 8am.
Shooters Meeting - 8:45am
Wrangler Ground Shooting - 9:00am
Main Match Stages 1-3 to follow
Eliminator Final - following the completion of Stage 3

SUNDAY - Aug 23
Cowboy Church - 7:30am
Main Match (stages 4-5) - 9:00am
Awards - 20 minutes after last shot

Stalls are $70.00 for the weekend and include 2 bags of shavings (NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED). Tack stalls are also $70.00.

RV Electric spots - $25.00/night (First come)!
Dry camping with a generator available for no charge anywhere on the grounds.

IF YOU NEED TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGHT, stalls are $20 per additional night & RV hookups are $25 per additional night.
